First of all, Michelle is great. Super friendly!! I have been going to get my Caddi detailed there for over a year. Always great service. Recommend highly

Second time getting my car detailed here. I will definitely keep coming back! I have three kids and you can usually tell by the way the inside of my car looks 😅 we’ve also done quite a bit of landscaping this spring, so my trunk was messy with dirt/mulch/etc. It now looks (and smells) AMAZING! Also, I came in a week early (I wrote my appt down wrong). I apologized and offered to leave and return on my actual appointment date they said that wouldn’t be necessary and accommodated me same day. Awesome customer service and awesome detailers! Thanks so much!

Would never recommend this place. I went on a hear say heard it was ok from a person I know. Should have read the Google recommendations. Too many people with damages. I would not have taken the risk. Rating for the interior detailing would be a 3. Nothing spectacular. I treated my leather when I brought it home. I wish that would have been the only issue. However I now have an appt. with a body shop for repair. Spoke with Jason and surprising the damage done was not on any of the cameras. He did offer to show me but I'm sure I won't see anything.....he made that clear multiple times. I recommend you read the Google recommendations and then decide. I would not have taken the risk. It's on me for not reading. It's an expensive lesson.

I went to auto details for the first time this week and it will be my new go to for all detail needs. I was so impressed with Michelle, her friendliness, dedication to finding the right product and product knowledge was the best I have seen. I was looking for running boards and better than the dealership or anywhere else, she knew the available products. The business is clean, run efficiently and scheduled to my needs. I can’t say enough good things about Michelle and auto details. Check them out, make it your first stop!

Showroom shine usually means inside and out, but this experience proved that’s not always the case. This place came recommended with a try at your own discretion, due to inconsistent interior work. I decided to give them a chance anyway and chose the Showroom Shine package. Scheduling was very easy and the young lady I spoke with was kind, professional, and able to get me in quickly. When I picked up my car, the exterior was truly shining down to the wheels. Unfortunately, the interior did not match. The pros and cons of black interior is that you can tell when it’s been cleaned and when it hasn’t. While my mats were cleaned very well and looked almost new, the carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed (even though that service is said to be included). There was debris still in my carpet & seats and even a straw wrapper under my seat, along with noticeable dust around the gear shift that should have been removed with even a quick vacuum (I know because in the summer time I’m vacuuming my car a lot since black shows EVERYTHING). But this wasn’t a case of black interior showing dust. It was simply missed. The final issue was that the small plastic trim around my gear shift was left loose
